Whether this step is correct or not determines in a large procedure whether this CNC machine tool can carry normal economic power and its own service life. This is a major issue for CNC machine tool manufacturers and user factories. Generally speaking, when you buy a new CNC machine tool, the technicians of the selling company will also come together at the time of the installation, and then you will also be taught about the commissioning, and other random machine instructions. However, there is no special reason to make things long, and you need to debug at the time of booting. At this time, probably pay attention to the following points.
1. Appearance check before power on
    Check the machine tool electrical appliances. Turn on the machine control box, check the relay, contactor, fuse, servo motor speed, control unit socket, spindle motor speed control unit socket, etc. for any looseness. Tightly organized connectors must be locked. Machine tools with an adapter box must check the socket on the adapter box. If there is any loose wiring, it must be locked. Open the door of the CNC machine tool box, check all kinds of interface sockets, servo motor response line sockets, spindle pulse generator sockets, manual pulse generator sockets, CRT sockets, etc. If there is a locking organization, it must be locked. Check the setting status of the short-circuit terminals on each printed circuit board according to the manual. It must match the conditions set by the machine tool manufacturer. If it is indeed wrong, it should be set from scratch. Normally, it is not necessary to set from scratch, but the user must set the short-circuit terminals. Keep a good record of the situation. Wiring quality check to see all the wiring terminals. Including the strong and weak currents, some terminals of the machine tool manufacturer's own wiring at the time of installation, and the terminals of the motor power cords, each terminal must be tightened with a screwdriver for a Time, until the screwdriver cannot be stopped, each motor socket must be Tighten. Solenoid valve To check all solenoid valves, you have to push Times by hand to avoid malfunctions caused by long-term non-energization. If abnormality is found, make a record so that you can admit repair or replacement after energization. Check the limit switch to check whether the sensitivity and fixity of all limit switch actions are strong. If you find that the action is poor or not fixed firmly, you should immediately dispose of it. Check the button and switch on the operation panel to check the button and switch on the operation panel. Check the wiring of all buttons, switches and indicators on the operation panel. If any errors are found, they should be handled immediately. Check the socket and wiring on the CRT unit. There is an outstanding ground wire for the ground wire inspection requirements. When measuring the ground wire of the machine tool, the ground resistance cannot be greater than 1 ohm. Power phase sequence check Use the phase sequence table to check the phase sequence of the input power, and acknowledge that the phase sequence of the input power and the phase sequence of the power source calibrated on the machine tool should be common.
    For devices with two Times connections, such as power transformers, it is necessary to recognize the commonality of the phase sequence of the two Times connections. Make sure that the phase sequence everywhere is correct. The power supply voltage should be measured at this moment and a record should be made.
2. Turn on the total voltage of the machine tool
   Turn on the total power of the machine tool, check whether the turning of the CNC machine tool box, the spindle motor cooling fan, and the machine tool appliance box cooling fan is correct, smooth, and the oil symbol in the hydraulic pressure indicates whether the machine tool lighting is normal, and each fuse has There is no damage, if there is any abnormality, the power should be cut off immediately for maintenance, and if there is no abnormality, it can be continued. Measure the voltages of strong power, especially the initial Times voltage of the power transformer for CNCand servo unit, and make a good record. Investigate whether there is oil leakage, especially the hydraulic cylinders and solenoid valves for turret indexing, clamping, spindle shifting, and chuck clamping. If there is oil leakage, it should be cut off immediately to repair or replace.
3. CNC electric box is powered on
    Press the power button of the CNC power supply, turn on the CNC power supply, and investigate the CRT display until the normal screen is stopped. If it shows ALARM, it is probably looking for the problem and removing it. At this moment, it should be sent from the beginning to check. Turn on the CNC power supply and measure the voltage at all levels according to the orientation of the test terminals given on the relevant materials. If there is an error, it should be adjusted to the given value and make a good record. Put the status switch in the proper position. For example, the Japanese FANUC system should be placed in the MDI status, and select the parameter page. Check the parameters one by one bit by bit, and these parameters should be consistent with the parameter table that comes with the random. If there are uncommon parameters, you should understand the meaning of each parameter and then decide whether to correct it. For example, the value of backlash compensation may not be common with the parameter table, which can be revised at any time after practical processing. Place the status selection switch in the JOG direction and the jog speed at the lowest level. Separately perform the jog operations in the positive and negative directions of each coordinate. Press the overtravel maintenance switch corresponding to the jog direction by hand to verify its maintenance. Reliability of the effect, and then, a slow overtravel test was conducted to verify the correctness of the overtravel block device. Set the status switch to the zero-return position to complete the zero-return operation, and no other operations can be performed until the action returned at the reference point is completed. Therefore, in this situation, you should first perform this operation, and then proceed to the fourth operation. Put the status switch in the JOG position or MDI position, perform manual gear shift experiment, and after verification, place the spindle speed switch in the lowest position, conduct the spindle positive rotation test of each gear, and investigate the correctness of the spindle working status and speed. Then gradually increase the speed to the highest speed to investigate the stability of the spindle work. Carry out the manual guide rail smooth experiment to make the guide rail smooth. Gradually change the fast-moving overshoot switch and feed override switch, jog the tool holder at will, and investigate the correctness of the speed change.
4. Computer experiment
    Measure the actual speed of the spindle. Put the machine lock switch in the on position. Use manual data input commands to carry out arbitrary gear changes on the spindle. Shift experiment. Measure the actual speed of the spindle. Investigate the value of the spindle speed. Adjust the error to be limited to 5%. within. The purpose of carrying out the knife selection experiment of the turret or tool holder is to check the correctness of the tool holder or the forward, rotation and positioning accuracy. The function experiment depends on the status of the order and the function is different. You can experiment on each function according to the specific situation. In order to avoid accidents, it is best to lock the machine tool for experiment, and then spread the machine tool for experiment. The EDIT function experiment puts the status selection switch in the EDIT position, and compiles a simple program by itself. It contains as many function commands and auxiliary function commands as possible. The movement scale is limited to the maximum stroke of the machine tool. The program is added, deleted and Fix. The active state experiment locks the machine tool, conducts the empty work experiment with the prepared program, verifies the correctness of the program, and then spreads the machine tool, and separates the feedrate override switch, the speed overshoot switch, and the spindle speed overshoot switch for various changes , Make the machine tool run under the various changes of the above switches, and then put each overshoot switch at 100% to allow the machine tool to run fully.
